@SNBCares @snbalahli @Capital_SNB Khayrat Alahli option is in SNB Bank app and not in snb capital app. I called the help center and they say they cant register the complaint. Profit rates are different in snb application and at bank branch. Please help to fix. Thanks.

The profit rates for Khayrat Alahli are not updated in the application.
Rates are lower in application as compared to communicated by my relationship manager. Can you please check qnd fix.

@MCBBankPk I am unable to add beneficiary from my mcb live browser. I called the helpline and they said you can do that on a browser and have to install application. And as i understand we have one option either to use browser or application. Can you pleaee explain why such inconvenience?
