I’m currently reading #TheLostApothecary for my bookclub and it’s so interesting this idea of making potions and remedies just for women. It also feels like everything female has always been occult in the dark and shadows. Sad.

I guess an update is due… I am 30% into both Iron Gold and Fireborn. Tbh Fireborne picked up so I’m curious to continue the story.

Crazy enough I’m also 30% into The Count of Monte Cristo but that’s 16 hours into the book 😅 so making some real progress.

So I’m still reading #Fireborne I read a couple more chapters and this dark academia theme is not something that i actively look for in books but I guess it’s ok.

So far that’s my review of the book. It’s ok. Hoping it gets better
