ACT OF MERCY: Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have collectively raised more than $140,000 for the family of Thomas Jacob Sanford.
Sanford killed four people in an attack on a church in Michigan.
If you’ve been reading a lot about the “Mormons,” (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), you’ve no doubt read a lot of conflicting information.
If you want to cut through the noise and see what we REALLY preach, how we REALLY live, and who we REALLY worship, you can find that out in your own home with no pressure. You can stream it right into your living room. No one has to know but you.
Join us this weekend for our General Conference, where we get counsel from our leaders every six months. We will also be sustaining a new president/prophet after the death of @NelsonRussellM.
Take an hour.
Take two.
Take the day.
Take the weekend.
But learn for yourself what we believe. Stop letting others do the thinking for you.

Our members are quite shaken … and it hurts’
Bishop Jeffrey Schaub, of the Grand Blanc Ward, describes the aftermath of the shooting and fire at his ward’s meetinghouse on Sunday in Michigan. Schaub says ward members are being held up by their faith and being cared for by the community.
"Jesus Christ is my Savior and that is all what we are about at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!"
Great job proclaiming our faith and devotion to Jesus Christ!

Susan and I have spent the day with members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and other community members who were involved in the tragic shooting episode that took place in Michigan on Sunday.
The devotion of these faithful members makes me want to be more devoted, and the faithfulness of these good people makes me want to be more faithful.
They have the capacity—because of the eternal perspective of the gospel of Jesus Christ—to learn lessons in tragedy in mortality that prepare them for eternal life.
We are familiar with the admonition that we should mourn with those that mourn. There are broken hearts here in Michigan. My invitation to any and all is to continue to pray for these good people.
President Oaks, Oct. 2024 General Conference talk: “Following Christ is not a casual or occasional practice. It is a continuous commitment and way of life that should guide us at all times and in all places.”
Gone is a man that I really deep down believe had the sole purpose of bringing us all together to god. He not only spoke the words of god but he lived it. I saw this touching tribute to him and had to share with everyone.
This man can tell you and me why Charlie Kirk’s death is affecting us so much compared to other people who have passed.
“…it’s because you carry the same beliefs that he did. You believe in saving unborn babies. You believe they are souls and lives. You believe in the law, about the border. You believe in all these fundamental principles that are right, they’re right to believe in! I don’t want to have to call a man a woman or a woman a man and we ought not have to. We believe, thats what we believe, that’s what he believed. And so a piece of all of us was taken out when he was taken out, because, if that’s what they wished for him, that’s what’s gettin’ to your subconscious, because that’s what they wish for you.”
Amen brother. The bullet was aimed at you and me. Charlie took it for us. They still want you and I dead.
It affects us because it grieves the Holy Spirit. When the Spirit grieves, we feel it.
At first I was horrified by the celebration of liberals on social media, but then I realized that they are showing us who they are. Now we SEE THEM.
God is separating His believers from the evil ones.
