@virginmedia Have you ever tried calling your customer services dept ? You are aware I’ve spent five hours on the phone to them already !! Doubt many virgin media customers would describe it as a pleasurable experience. Oh and the WhatsApp chat is equally as painful
@virginmedia Things go wrong and I except that, but there is no sense of urgency or effort from virgin to put things right. If virgin galactic can put a plane into space I’m pretty sure virgin media could have my internet sorted before June if they wanted to,but are choosing not to !
@virginmedia As you’ve not asked for any of my details I guess you can only speculate about why this taking so long. There are no permissions needed, the 2 man job team have been sent somewhere else I guess despite me informing virgin back in April about this move.
@virginmedia There are some works that need doing but no engineer has been sent to do them, doubt they would take that long to complete. despite 5 hours of phone calls,three WhatsApp chats and now a Twitter conversation I’m still have no nearer understanding why this can’t be resolved sooner
@virginmedia I gave notice in April we were moving, feel things should have been ready and I shouldn’t have to wait until June for internet. I understand there have been some challenges but I think it’s reasonable to expect someone out sooner especially as an excising customer of seven years
@virginmedia Moved house, gave three weeks notice we were moving now told it won’t be until the 1st of June that services can be installed but no one will take responsibility and talk to me about it. Three live chats and 9 phone calls, just keep getting transferred then cut off !
@GNev2 90% of the uk adult population have had one vaccine 70% two and would be eligible for a vaccine passport. If 42% of your survey would feel unsafe without a passport system in place (that’s 30,400 at a capacity Old Trafford), maybe a passport is the inclusive democratic solution
