I served with Kevin in the Army. We were stationed in budingen Germany together in the 1st Armored division 1/-1 CAV. He did at least 2 years in Iraq, and was in Iraq through 2003-2005. He was definitely in combat. We lost a lot of soldiers over there, you can google their names to verify, Sgt Major Eric Cooke, Michael Deutsch, William Latham, and Marlon Harper to name just a few.
