@RyanCFowler This was a classic Stallings win if there ever was one. Pretty terrible offense outside of one Shaun Alexander burst but defense scores and makes big plays and Tide wins to send Stallings out with 70 wins.
@38Godfrey Steven, I’m with you on the hypocrisy a truly - but it’s still really really bad. I don’t think he should be blackballed, but a two game suspension?
@JimmyStein_LOB@BamabelleinGA He was rightfully fired swiftly and roundly condemned. As Sorsby should be (condemned maybe not permanently banned - I’m open to him getting some help and coming back in a season but he should absolutely be suspended for this season)
Texas judge Ken Curry said Brendan Sorsby would suffer “irreparable harm” if he wasn’t allowed to play for Texas Tech.
Yeah, that’s exactly the point, you dummy. Good job ruining the integrity of sports.

Mac Jones on not being traded this offseason to become a starter for another team:
“I’m not in the business of leaving good people, so I’m not mad about it at all.”
Nick Saban was so good that even media members have Saban Derangement Syndrome and can't manage to evaluate the substance of what the man said today 2.5 years later.
@_Tide18Tymes Shula doesn’t belong in the same page as those two bozos. He got saddled with cleaning up their mess in the worst of circumstances when basically no one better wanted the job. He didn’t get it done obviously but cooled things down and made it a tenable situation.
@drrickmorton@RecruitsBama I have a lot of confidence in the two of them getting it right. The sport’s changed and they see it - trying to get the mix just right and I think they are doing it. Playoffs in year 2 with one win - yeah a blowout loss to a generational team but this year should be very good.
