@theBuoyantMan @anyrium so using milk solids instead of milk, they have to use emulsifiers and stabilisers to make ice cream. it just means that they have a shitty way of making ice cream despite having dairy available to them. maybe they are using rotten milk solids. Just have naturals man forget it.
