@MrStephenHowson Offside should be that a player2 is offside if the player1 who passes the ball to him2 receives the ball while player2 is offside. After last player1 who passes the ball receives the ball, all play is fair game. Why shouldn't a player2 start sprinting before the ball is played?!

@grizzlygisela @grizzlygisela I have seen a few videos of police encounters with civilians in the USA. What really stands out is the police's tyrannical and no de-escalation behaviour against unarmed noncombatant civilians. Why all that anger from the police or is it the need to show power?

I remember there was a comment from one of our "leaders" about how he rather have a parliament filled with idiots and a cabinet of fishermen. Really! No wonder.

What should a properly working system do? Immediately investigate, follow that up with policy and.....

@Runigababisha3 @Sudhirntv @TwistMukiibi The issue would be educating people on speeds they can drive in which zones. if police cannot mark all zones and their speed limits, educate, and educate, again and again. Patrols cannot be made for limited times, like military operations (for example operation "Fika salama"....
