We discussed AI, tokenization, new partnerships, capital markets, ancillary services, why they’re hiring aggressively, and how a company trying to reinvent homeownership has to think much bigger than a traditional real estate business.

More bullish than when I walked in.

1.5B in Positive Exposure at the $690 strike on $SPY.

The large green cluster indicates dealers are long gamma, which tends to stabilize price and pull it toward that level.

Combined with this morning’s net-positive flow, I’m leaning toward upward bias as long as price remains above the negative gamma zone.

In fact, remember it was on your show in June ‘23 when I BANGED the drum for Carvana at $24 (i bought at $15). You were skeptical then but how’d that work out? OPEN is following the same path.
