Keeping the doors of learning open - COVID-19.

Visit by delegates from the I million Teachers to the ACDE Secretariat on 9th March, 2020 Attendance
Delegates of the I Million teachers from Canada visited the ACDE Secretariat with the purpose of discussing and exploring areas of collaboration between the ACDE.
The Toolkit is available in four languages- English, French, Arabic and Portuguese. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Harmonisation of Quality Assurance Initiative in Africa. Until recently, Prof Adu was one of the two Focal Point Men for Quality appointed by the ICDE.
In this position, Prof Adu coordinated the development of Quality Assurance Toolkit for Institutional Quality Audit and Programme Accreditation for use in African Open and Distance Learning Institutions.
He was Director Academic Planning and the foundation Dean of the School of Postgraduate Studies at the National Open University of Nigeria. He is also the immediate past Director of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency of the African Council for Distance Education.

Professor Israel Folorunso Adu has been appointed Professor Emeritus by the Council of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He is a former Vice-chancellor of this University.
