Did you ever know that the main contents in kolanut is caffeine, theophylline, and theobromine?

Caffeine is the active ingredient in coffee. Theophylline is the active component of tea. Theobromine is the active element in cocoa and chocolates.

What is common to all these things?
They are stimulants and energisers.

What am I driving at?
When you see people who really love kolanut, and you wonder why, this is actually why.

It is NOT because kolanut is a magic source of “wisdom”. No. It is rather because kolanut contains addictive stimulants which increases energy levels, maintains alertness and improves concentration. Of course, this means a person may develop some level of addiction to it because of what it does.

Am I saying taking kolanut is bad? No.
As long as the person is not overdoing it.

I’m only explaining to you that when you see people who love kolanut- it’s similar to people who love coffee, tea or chocolates. It’s because those things are a stimulant and energiser.

So that person you know who loves taking kolanut always and you always wonder what’s special about it? Now you know why.
