@elonmusk I own a 2024 Tesla Model X and my customer service experience has been below average for a couple of months now. Falcon wing door gets stuck frequently. After service, they failed to replace my WeatherTech mats and passenger carpet mat.

Despite multiple back-and-forths with the tech and Service Manager Zac, the door issue remains unresolved and mats were never returned (Zac promised shipping July 1—today is July 18, still nothing).

I also own a Lexus and Mercedes with excellent quick human support. Tesla’s app-only messaging (often unavailable without an open ticket) falls short. Google reviews at 3.8 for this location is poor for a premium brand.

Your products and vision are great—service at the Raleigh center (2641 Sumner Blvd) needs attention.
