I can see this perspective if you're self-employed doing work you're passionate about. But what about the factory worker who's been on their feet for 40 years? The construction worker whose knees and back are shot? The warehouse employee who's lifted heavy boxes since they were 20?

For them, retirement isn't about giving up—it's about finally having time for their hobbies, their passions, travel, or just living life on their own terms instead of someone else's schedule.
