What I find interesting is that someone who isn’t sworn into Congress has supposedly submitted legislation.

Last I checked, this privilege was reserved for sworn Congressmen and women.

Get this: Ron Rockefeller wants to put someone who doesn’t know common legislative procedure as Senate President. Reject Radical Ron this election.
