The American Fork city council was just warned: the increased taxes won’t be enough to cover the massive lawsuit that’s coming.

The AFPD reportedly violated the rights of Reckless Ben. The police chief then issued a public statement that was easily debunked by the bodycam footage they accidentally released.

They swatted and arrested a group at gunpoint, including a minor.

Now citizens are living in fear of retaliation after seeing what their police department was willing to do to cover for Bricks and Minifigs.

The host eavesdropped on Reckless Ben through cameras inside the Airbnb and told the police he heard them talking about stealing LEGOs. American Fork PD then used this info to Raid the AirBnB!!

Eavesdropping on guests using cameras without their consent is illegal in the state of Utah and also strictly against AirBnBs guidelines!

Bricks and Minifigs is now filing false copyright claims and emailing LEGO YouTubers who get in contact with Reckless Ben.

In the email they are threatening to sue the YouTuber if he doesn't fall in line. I've never seen something like this from a toy company.

After watching Reckless Ben's full story on Asmongold, American Fork Police Department comes off looking terrible. This man has been hit with repeated stops and arrests that look completely bogus. One traffic stop was for allegedly running a stop sign — even though the dashcam clearly shows he made a full stop. They then searched his car for three hours based on a random heroin tip and found nothing.

Bodycam footage shows officers literally admitting they had no right to take his signs down, yet they did it anyway. The redactions on the released videos are so poorly done you can see exactly what they were trying to hide.

The original case — a stolen $200,000 Lego collection that the family won a judgment for — is still completely unresolved. The fact that this is all happening inside a tight-knit Mormon community where it looks like they're all protecting their own makes this situation even worse.

Obviously nobody's been convicted yet, but the way American Fork PD has handled this case raises serious questions about whether they're upholding the law or just protecting their own community."
