Just got off the phone with my wife who’s on her way to Morocco with our newborn. She is apparently #stranded in Madrid because @Iberia @Iberia_en oversold tickets for her flight, so far they have not provided and reasonable solution & airline employees have shown zero empathy

Update: we finally found the aviation regulator in Spain @AesaSpain. @Iberia is now suddenly blaming @LATAM_BRA for the huge mistake they did - LOL

I’ve been on hold with @Iberia “customer care center” for more than a half hour now. The first call suddenly ‘cut off’ after I reached the agent and explained the situation. What is going on!

Update 2: we cannot get her a ticket on another airline because she cannot leave the @Iberia terminal because she doesn’t have the needed visa (which wasn’t needed if they didn’t mess up and oversell)
