@ArRecruitingGuy If I were a rich donor I would need confidence in the AD to make the right hires and feel good about the head coach and his abilities. It is going to take hiring proven talent on the coaching staff to bring in more donations. Nobody wants to watch their money go under .500.

@MikeIrwinPTN 100% right decision on his part if true. Much easier to turn around a team in a weaker conference with a much more mild fan base. Unlikely to win a national championship at OSU, but it will be so much easier to make the CFP and land a bigger job down the road.

@Tim_Dugger @NASCAR26TheGame There are so many great memories posted in here. Mine would be watching Bobby Labonte win the 2000 championship. I was 12 at the time and I found myself gravitate towards his personality and style. Quiet, polite, and consistent. I modeled myself after this and it has worked well.
