@sweatystartup What I've learned working in DC: it's #partisanship that's the suck. #Politics is a way to get big stuff done (civil rights, voting rights, etc.) that impacts millions, including you and me. I know people who literally would not be alive without the #ACA.

@waldojaquith It's the latter. Same people, different tools. 25yrs ago on the DC Metro, dotcom startup folks would try to aggressively recruit and "speed network" with me between stops. Never worked.
