Twice now I have coached a group of girls that nobody wanted but after 3 years of coaching them up now some top AAU basketball teams want them. Which makes me so happy for them! But when I ask to coach on some of those higher AAU clubs the answer is you’re not good enough!! 🤔

Wins and loses don’t really matter to me. It’s about getting better for the future at this age but this is the first loss that hurts me. Our defense was LIGHTS OUT. We missed so many layups. I love this team and I didn’t know how much until this loss. #backtowork
