Every uber driver in Minnesota is Muslim or Somalian
One guy jokingly said his name was Osama bin Laden like it was some funny joke
They all talk on the phone while riding in the uber
wtf is are we doing. What is this shit
Sofi & Hood are both playing the long game by focusing more on the younger audience. Both companies in my opinion are way more forward thinking compared to their direct competitors. Trying to capture the that market and implement future/modern gateways, vs their competitors are much more established older gen companies unwilling to adapt or change. I’m bullish on both long term
If you’ve never seen Hungarian currency now you have
The Hungarian Forint
10,000 Forint ($27 USD) - Szent István Király (King Stephen I), the first King of Hungary, who founded the Hungarian state around 1000 AD
5,000 forint ($13.50 USD) - Gróf Széchenyi István (Count István Széchenyi), 19th-century statesman and reformer, often called “the Greatest Hungarian.” The back shows his estate
1,000 forint ($2.70 USD) - Mátyás Király (King Matthias Corvinus), the Renaissance king who ruled Hungary in the 15th century and was known as a patron of arts and learning
Yeah good point, I don’t know much but sounds like they were literally like modern day North Korea
One of the most isolated and communist countries in the world and it was literally not long ago at all in the 90’s which is crazy to think about
+ everything I’ve seen on YT they seem to really like Americans and have incredible hospitality for them
Nobody’s talking about the fact that the Trump & Kushner family recently acquired a Mediterranean island that was once a massive Communist military base
It’s called Sazan Island, off the coast of Albania.
During the Cold War, it was a heavily restricted military fortress
- 3,600 bunkers
- 10 miles of underground tunnels
- Soldier barracks and abandoned infrastructure scattered across the island
Today it sits completely untouched & uninhabited
Tourists boat in to explore the ruins and hang out on the shore for a few hours, then leave
An abandoned island with no infrastructure but has Beautiful Turquoise water, Rocky beaches, an interesting history
Apparently the Albanian government just approved the idea to construct a $1.4 billion luxury resort on it, including a hotel, villas, and a marina.
A Cold War relic turned into billionaire playground
Gonna take a guess that all the money they made from $Trump coin is going into this development
Stumbled on this watching a vlog & researching the Albanian coastline for a possible trip this summer & I had to share it
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE DAVE!!
Why would you pay off debt that's costing you 3%... when you can park that same money in the most boring option that is treasuries at 5%?
obviously there are better options but that's the point
You come out ahead.
Every year.
Without doing anything.
I guarantee you there are far more millionaires who used debt to build wealth than those who didn't, and it's not close.
Caller: “My wife and I have about $2.3M in debt, but it’s all low interest. Mortgage, rental property, student loans, car loan. We make about $1.5M a year, and our net worth is around $5.2M . I’m wondering if we should just invest instead of rushing to pay it off.”
Dave Ramsey: “Hold on. Break that down for me.”
Caller: “$2M on our primary home at 2.4%, $250K rental at 3%, $80K student loans at 1.6%, and a $40K car loan at 4%.”
Dave Ramsey: “So you’re looking at it like, ‘why pay 2% when I can earn 4% in the market?’”
“That’s the mistake. You’re treating it like math only. Debt isn’t just interest rates. Debt is risk.”
“The more you stack it up, even when it’s cheap, the more exposed you are when life changes.”
But if you actually want to access capital to start a business you HAVE to have good personal credit.
Multiple Credit cards over 10K+
Good Credit Age
No negatives
Personal credit is the resume to getting business capital and your credit profile is what they actually look for not just score
How does this not click with the average W2 worker
Even if you’re in sales making 6figs+
You can also LEVERAGE business credit by opening up an LLC
Obtaining protection under your LLC
&
Writing off the investments you make into a side income or skillset on your W2 Income
It’s literally the #1 way to lower your payment to taxes as a corporate employee
Yet the corporate employee is the one who HATES on online income and online skillsets the most
But getting an LLC, good personal credit credit, to the. access 50-150k in Biz credit can be one of their biggest levers of growth for someone in their position
Yet they wholeheartedly agree & argue that a university degree which costs them 5-8x the amount of their time & money is worth it
Meet Kevin says if you are earning $40k - $200k a year you shouldn’t invest but try to increase your income
‘If your in that range the best investment you can make is trying to figure out how can you and your spouse increase your own income’
‘There are people that I know that went from being a nurse making $100k a year that decided to go back to night school to study anesthesiologist 2-3 years later they are anesthesiologist nurse making $400k a year’
‘Then I will focus on owning my own home then I would focus on adding some risk assets in’
I lived in St Pete 4+ Yrs and i'm not a fan of clearwater at all because its too vacation/touristy.
Maybe went up there a couple times just because you can drive along the beach, and i would golf at some better courses in that area but yeah Clearwater aint it, nothing special about it. Pretty much everything south of it is better i agree with you on that
@PhantomStays 25k-750K HAHAH sounds like all the business grifters who don’t know anything about accessing capital except for mass applying to anything and everything
Looks like you’ve been funnel hacking or something with all this lol
@ZynStop You don’t need an SBA loan unless you’re trying to buy an existing business from someone. Most people start with 0% business credit cards and business lines of credit
@TJ_Bongiorno Yeah been using nic for a long time, too much daily for work.
What’s the goal of 3 plenic, what is it supposed to help with?
The urges to use nic, if so I’m down with that
My claims still stand that LATAM doesn’t have any elite beach cities
Everyone is going to argue Rio - but if you take out the actual landscape of Rio the beach itself is okay
Maceio and the Algoas region is as elite as it gets in LATAM
maybe those islands of Colombia Providencia & San Andreas too
Outside that, for how big LATAM is it’s unfortunate they don’t have many beach destinations
There are 5-6 places in Florida that have elite beach & city setups that mogg latam in that arena
I went to college in Malibu, would surf at Zuma, travel down to Laguna to play hoops on the beachside courts, go on dates to Santa Monica. Cali has incredible surfing, some cool spots but there are no beaches like the ones we have here in Florida. I could do an entire thread but I’ll just start with Anna Maria Island.
