Update: It was acl and meniscus. It is the same injury as the first Holloway fight, only this time the opposite leg. Quite shocking. I returned to competition within 9 months to fight Diego Brandao back then. With today’s regenerative medicine advancements and improved training methods it is well within my realm to return by next summer. I am walking without a crutch. I done leg extension machine work the other day to no issue. So I can walk without aid, and activate my quad under resistance. All very positive. I am maximum discipline and have maintained it fully since the bout. I wonder was I saved from something worse here. I believe so. I would have attended the after party as “the man” and who knows then. I believe I was saved.
Thank you God!
On we go, no sad stories. Thank you for the support and well wishes everyone, your health is your wealth ❤️🙏

LCID is down 42% today because of unconfirmed rumors that the company is working with restructuring advisors and weighing options including Chapter 11 bankruptcy or going private.
I went from a blue-collar job where I was moving all day to a job where I sat inside all day.
The result? I gained 30–40 lbs and developed more aches and pains from sitting than I ever did from manual labor.
I’m not saying sitting at a desk is harder. It’s not.
I’m saying we underestimate how harmful a completely sedentary lifestyle is. Your body can handle hard work, it struggles with doing nothing.
Former Navy SEAL. Note that he crosses his legs at the knees
Many people on X will tell you this common practice is effeminate, gay, etc, which tells you all you need to know the value of most X discourse
I gotcha. I’ve considering buying one (new LCP Max). If you ever post a review of the new Magpul EHG version please link it here on X. I’m following now.
…I’ve also considered the Bodyguard 2.0 but I’ve seen a few people having issues with the thumb safety breaking (I prefer a thumb safety on pocket pistols).
@DefiantlyGoy@NickJFuentes There’s a lot of Christians in name only walking around today. Some of them bloodthirsty even. By their fruits you will know them.
#UFC 329s Conor McGregor’s right knee repeatedly buckled after landing from his first kick vs Max Holloway, forcing the stoppage & leaving many questioning when the injury occurred. Let’s break this down.
After seeing the replay, based on mechanism I’d say it looks like an MCL injury or MCL+ACL (which often also involves the medial meniscus) for Conor McGregor. Won’t really know until the MRI though…Heartbreaking. Love him or hate him I just hope for his sake this doesn’t take him back to a dark place. It was good to see him sober and positive.
Anyone else getting tired of seeing gambling openly promoted in sports? How can you not expect that athletes aren’t taking advantage of it and ruining the integrity of sports?…we’ve already seen some examples of it.
Photos of the ammunition recovered from Tyler Robinson.
Remington headstamp on the case and despite the somewhat low resolution on the photo you can see the somewhat blunted nature of the projectile's tip.
This is a Remington Cor-Lokt soft point round. It's SPECIFICALLY designed to deform, slow down, and prevent an exit wound. Available at literally every single gun store and sporting goods store that sells ammunition.
In fact, 16 out of the 17 .30-06 varieties manufactured by Remington use some type of expanding, deforming, or fragmenting bullet. Only ONE of their products uses a full metal jacket projectile that could/would be expected to leave an exit wound.
Here's a clip of them sitting in my desk.
This has been the most easily debunked claim of their entire web of lies and it's really mind blowing considering this is exactly what you would choose for an assassination.
But yeah, definitely keep getting all your information from the DEI hire and the Portland pizza boy. I'm sure they know more about this than I do.
A recent FOIA request into the Moreno Valley, California police department's use of Flock cameras uncovered something unexpected.
We would expect to see lots of civil rights abuses, Constitutional violations, etc... and those are probably there (data is still being gathered...) but what's also there is a record of Flock billing Riverside County for camera repairs without prior approval of the service work they say has been done as required in their contract.
It sure would be a shame if people kept looking into Flock and other companies conducting unconstitutional mass surveillance in America via public records requests. A shame I say...
