Just to be clear, the pandemic response efforts of the OVP are very much appreciated & have a significant impact not only on its beneficiaries but also on those who realized what can and should be done. OVP provided an alternative to Duterte's failed pandemic response.

@jay_beltran @jcpunongbayan True. Without major adjustments, though, it’s like plugging 1/4 of our major thoroughfares in Metro Manila. The adjustments would have to be very significant and effective. I’m not an expert, of course, but I think it won’t be easy.
