@TurkishAirlines really have a horrible client services. They canceled my scheduled flight without telling me. No one there has half the capacity required to help. What a shit show.

@TurkishAirlines customer service is horrible. They will lie to you about until the time runs out. They’ll tell you to create a feedback. VNXRQF | SV25SS I had to ticket on the same flight and they refused to refund one of them. Now they say I was a No Show for one. #badcustomer
