@AlasdairRoss That’s just an example, the budget is a mess, reserves could soon be at the minimum required, the Sec151 has recently left, there are a number of head of service vacancies. All Cllrs no matter what colour need to work together to get their house in order.

@AlasdairRoss I’ve not done the maths. But if we calculated officer time wasted at meetings (from CEX down) where cllrs waste time berating the government or bickering between themselves to point score, then the TIC could probably still be in budget.

@IpswichGov @suffolkcc who is responsible for cutting the grass verges Ipswich. SCC contracted to IBC? They’re being left in a right state, grass cuttings all the road and footpaths. Surprised they haven’t blocked drains given the weather we’ve had.

@Tommywolsey @sandyofipswich The aweful verge cutting is pretty bad too!! Is that SCC or IBC? Streets and footpaths were a disgrace around Brunswick and Colcheter Road, grass clipping all over the place. Looked like they were blocking drains after the rain we’ve had.
