@elonmusk Would it make sense to become a partner with GM, Tesla maintains its own identity but you share the profits and they get to play in the EV space (If they can offset Tesla debt). It just seems silly to compete if both goals are to save the planet. No disrespect intended.

@elonmusk Perhaps you can cut a deal with large employers to subsidize employee purchases of your vehicles to help reduce air pollution. Employers could get tax credits from their state for helping the state meet their air quality targets. Electric vechicles = clean air.
