@sirenashay@guineasfinest That plays a part but the actual thing that made the weight loss happen was KETO diet and fasting she has been documenting it on snap for 2 years. Kept mean no carbs whatsoever every o ly met and veg

@lfclauren@guineasfinest It was KETO and fasting been following her a while it is very effective but it just not sustainable because it’s no bread, rice or anything like that. The weight drops fast but it’s hard to maintain
@guineasfinest I’ve been following her for a while. I started when she started. She’s been doing KETO & 10k steps & intermittent fasting. Keto works but it’s HARD basically no CARBS only meat & veg. But if you eat carbs again you will gain the weight back. She’s been on it for 2years
