I believe that:
Christ is King
America should help itself first
Everyone regardless of ideology should be free to speak their minds
Whatever weapons the government has, the people should have too
Men should be strong, masculine, and competent
We cannot kill innocent people
“Can you believe Boston embraced the Scots, not the Haitians?”
Yes, I can believe the most highly concentrated Celtic population in America embraced their own cousins, not Haitians.
Are you asking because you don't understand human nature, or because you just hate White people?
You need to have high standards and zero tolerance for nonsense
This may seem like a very limiting and lonely mindset.
But the truth is once you have built yourself, you could never think any differently.
I’ve found many great opportunities.
I’ve made better friends.
I’m dating a better woman.
And I found unparalleled peace of mind in a life that never seems to have any pauses or breaks.
Do what most do. Demand what most can’t. That’s the trade-off.

The creator you start as is rarely the creator you are meant to be.
When I first started putting content out I was posting whatever felt right that day. Fitness content, EMS clips, whatever trend was moving that week. Some of it worked, most of it did not and none of it was building toward anything specific. It was content for the sake of content and the page reflected that.
That version of me was not wrong for starting there. But it was wrong for staying there.
The truth is that as you grow as a person your content has to grow with you. The topics that excited you when you started will eventually feel shallow compared to what you actually have to say. The niche that felt safe will eventually feel like a ceiling. And the audience you built around who you were will either grow with you or fall away to make room for the ones who are meant to find you.
For me that shift meant moving away from generic fitness posts and trend chasing and moving toward the things I actually think about every single day. Personal finance and what it really takes to build wealth on a working income. The realities of building a brand and a business from scratch while working 60 hour weeks. And a deeper more intentional perspective on life that stems from what I see and experience on the truck every shift.
That is not a rebrand. That is growth made visible.
Do not be afraid to let your content evolve. The people who were meant to follow the real version of you have not found you yet because you have been hiding behind the version that felt safe to post.
Show them who you actually are.

You will never fall behind if you only focus on what matters.
You will never regret training when you’re tired
You will never regret choosing peace of mind over matters that don’t benefit you
You will never regret prioritizing a brother you can count on over people who just add validation to your life
Make conscious choices and you’ll make tangible improvement.

Some chose the cars, others chose the trips, and many chose to waste it away. The life you live is the reflection of the choices you make and the consequences that come from them. You’re welcome to live your life on your terms, but think of the opportunity cost that each choice presents.
Statistically, financial freedom is almost secured for me, and everything I do from here gets me closer to that point. Effort compounds, choose the vehicle that you put it into carefully.
This was the biggest catalyst for changing my life socially.
Before I found the brothers I have now, I had little input into the interactions and relationships that I had. I tried to take interest in things that I didn’t care about. I tried to associate with people who did not care about me. I tried to enjoy partying and drinking and all of that nonsense to try stimulate my social muscles.
But none of this was authentic and all it did was make me miserable. But when I took on a journey of self improvement, all I found interest in was bettering myself in every capacity and became genuinely disgusted by the thought of anything that I willingly did to diminish my progress.
Long story short, all of that has changed. I found the progress that I was chasing, I found the people who shared my beliefs, and I found more pleasure than ever in chasing my purpose and fulfilling my potential. Additionally I no longer need to settle for people and environments that are not conducive towards personal improvement. I get to do things that I want to do. I get to enjoy the presence of amazing people, and I get to unapologetically enjoy the things I love without feeling weird or isolated.
Once you build your base and center your life around perpetual improvement, authenticity and enjoyment of simple things start to find their place.

There is a version of growth that most people miss because they are too busy chasing complexity.
They stack more habits, consume more content, add more to the schedule and call it self development. And some of that is necessary. Deepening your understanding of the world, sharpening your skills, expanding the way you think. That pursuit never really ends and it should not.
But the man who has actually done the work knows something the one still chasing does not. The simple things hit different when you have earned the depth to appreciate them.
Simplicity and complexity are not opposites. Simplicity is the reward for understanding complexity well enough to stop needing it to be loud.
Deepen yourself relentlessly. Then let the simple things show you how far you have come.
It’s a nice thought to think that you will never work a day in your life if you do something that you love.
The truth is fulfilling work comes from work that has significance and serves a greater purpose.
I have spent time doing work that checked the boxes on paper. It paid, it was stable, it made sense to everyone around me. But there is a difference between work that funds your life and work that actually feeds it.
The work that has stayed with me is the work that meant something beyond the paycheck. Standing between someone and the worst moment of their life as an EMT. Helping a business find the voice and identity that makes people stop and pay attention. These are not just jobs, they are functions that matter and that distinction changes everything about how you show up to do them.
You do not need to love every moment of what you do. But you need to be able to answer why it matters. To someone, to something, to the version of your life you are trying to build.
When the work serves a purpose bigger than the task itself it stops feeling like something you have to do and starts feeling like a privilege.
Yes the cost of living has gone up and there is a greater price for everything. But this has been the trend since we’ve gone off of the gold standard so I don’t understand why this still comes as a surprise.
Furthermore, there is an interesting statistic where people who make substantial incomes $150k+ are still living paycheck to paycheck like many people who earn less. Income is a factor but it pails in comparison to the financial habits that you practice.
A lot of boomer advice still applies even if some of it may seem out of touch. New phones, new cars, constant coffee and eating out, subscriptions that distract you and habits that drain you undermine your ability to build your base.
I am proud to cook and brew at home, I can entertain myself without needing a subscription, I really don’t mind at this point in time driving an old car that is easy to maintain, I don’t need a new phone quite yet as there is little reason to upgrade. All of these little sacrifices that really don’t affect my life at all at this point have allowed me to build a financial base that has put me ahead by many steps compared to a lot of people in my position.
It may seem insignificant in the moment, but all adds up. That is a power of compounding.

The fundamentals to success in any realm is discipline, intense effort, goal setting, and an unhealthy obsession to an extent.
If you apply these aspects to fitness, you will get in shape.
If you apply these aspects to relationships, you will have ones that are beneficial and fulfilling.
If you apply these aspects to the work that you do, you will become a go to guy in that realm.
The problem is that these efforts are all too often placed in the wrong things and this mistake can really set you back. I’ve seen people dedicate themselves to school for 4 years only to achieve underwhelming results and underemployment. I’ve seen people invest years into friends who betrayed them and women who had no care for them.
The best bet that you can make is on yourself as you are in control of the outcome. You can dictate yourself into the person who you want to be by ignoring the noise and only accepting inputs that allow you to progress.

We will all experience turbulence in our lives. You will be pushed, pulled, and swept away into places that you did not anticipate.
But as you do not lose track of your goals, and you stick to the basics, you will inevitably course correct to where you need to be.

Most people are losing a game they do not even know they are playing.
Not because they are lazy or incapable but because nobody taught them the basics and the world does not slow down long enough to let you catch up.
Your health, your finances, your sense of purpose. These are not advanced concepts, they are the foundation and without them everything else you try to build sits on unstable ground.
The people who are really ahead zoomed out far enough to understand the larger forces shaping the world around them. Opportunities live in obscurity and the people who understand it are positioning themselves while everyone else reacts after the fact.
You cannot afford to be unwell, financially illiterate and purposeless in a world moving this fast. Get the basics locked in by building your base, then go on the attack by lifting your head up and start thinking bigger than your immediate circumstances.

You don’t need a woman who hates you
You don’t need friends who want to see you fail
You don’t need to poison your body with Chinese chemicals
You don’t need to keep up with events that don’t affect you
You don’t need to consume things that take your attention and your soul.
You feel powerless because you’ve relinquished it. Take control of the little things in your life before you become a spectator to it.
It all takes work
To have friends that you can call brothers
To have a physique that you can be proud of
To have work that is meaningful
To have a woman who is ride or die
To have anything of meaning or significance, you need to be able to let go of the old version of you and everything that made the old you you to be the person you want to be, and to experience the kind of life that you truly want to live.
When you get a glimpse of future, you, and a taste of your future life cherish it and leverage it as a boost of motivation to carry on.

Accept that it will take time for you to find your direction, but do not make this critical mistake along the way.
Keep in mind that the only person who can properly fulfill your vision is yourself and you cannot completely depend on others to build it for you. Nobody is going to give you the discipline that you need to show up, nobody is going to give you a goal to work towards, nobody else is going to clear your mind of doubts, and nobody else is going to learn from your failures or cherish your wins. Nobody is going to put attention or equity into you until you’ve built your base, and have proven to be a person worth having around.
Until then embrace the journey that is building from ground zero. Embrace your own company, enjoy the process of learning who you are, and marvel at the results that your actions have created.

Most Americans are one emergency away from financial disaster.
Learning about this statistic, one of my first major moves financially after paying off some debt was to establish a robust emergency fund which honestly was harder to build than I expected. I wasn’t really investing, I wasn’t really setting money aside for a future vehicle or residence, and I definitely wasn’t spending money on questionable purchases.
For eight months, the vast majority of dollars that were not going towards living expenses were being put into the fund. I wasn’t dumping into the markets, and I wasn’t putting it towards little tools and upgrades for my life. I was exercising a great deal of delayed gratification which created a very satisfying goal that I inevitably reached. It is a simple but instrumental personal finance milestone to reach and sets you up well for the rest of the journey.

I’m guilty of it, you’re guilty of it, we’ve all found ourselves doing it from time to time.
Either you are bored, you are “looking for” content ideas, or you are looking at the out of pocket reels that your friend has sent you. You have made your phone into one of your top priorities and you haven’t even realized it.
The reason that time seems to be moving at an unprecedented pace is because you are checked out for a lot of it. You do something engaging, meaningful, effort intensive, or simply anything in the real world time slows to a standard pace, but the moment you check out and zone out on your phone, that is where the time is lost.
It is very troubling to think about how you are not even present for a good chunk of your reality in the modern world.
To combat this, you must set boundaries, limit exposure, or replace screen intensive tasks onto a less addicting device. I bought an iPad for this exact reason and I have noticed a notable decrease in my doom scrolling and pointless screen time.
Life is abundant in many things, you can make mistakes with your money you’ll make more of it, you can make mistakes in relationships and create new ones, but your time is finite and must be protected.
