@zarahandley@mikerainham@GeorgeW78246413 @TessBentley47 Bit harsh! Don’t exactly know what you find so offensive with this image, Zara, but I think in time you are going to be very disappointed.
@mikerainham@zarahandley@GeorgeW78246413 @TessBentley47 @MediaMuseum @ann_dinsdale My evidence is always up to scratch, Michael, and in this subject I do know more. 20+ years researching images. Have proved it and willing to do so anytime any wish. Maybe you could consider their knowledge in this field isn’t up to scratch. I have shown proof of that over n over
@mikerainham@zarahandley@GeorgeW78246413 @TessBentley47 @MediaMuseum @ann_dinsdale And what would your thoughts be if I said I did so a few years ago, with a follow up about the prominent Northen Irish family who lived in close proximity to Rev Brontës family home and I received no reply from Ann, twice!
@mikerainham@zarahandley@GeorgeW78246413 @TessBentley47 The Branwell photograph also proves that at some time someone hired a photographer to copy Brontë images. The outline of the original can be clearly seen. Also of note is that experts at @MediaMuseum said copying daguerreotypes was unlikely. Mmm
@mikerainham@zarahandley@GeorgeW78246413 @TessBentley47 Those scholars that for nearly 200 years identified E Nussey as Charlotte, Rev Brontë as T. Branwell and Wm. Weightman as Branwell with no provenance or evidence and yet have shown no interest in the branwell photograph and it’s obvious evidence. May even have his name top right.
@mikerainham@zarahandley@GeorgeW78246413 @TessBentley47 Not my opinion hats from 1860s, experts opinion. Since the guardian article, evidence including personal and personalised items can be found in my image which proves it can’t be any other than the sisters. It’s not evidence that’s hard to find, it’s an objective mindset.
@mikerainham@zarahandley@GeorgeW78246413 @TessBentley47 Hi all, interesting views, however, it is also a prime example of the problems one faces in trying to find the truth. It might be helpful to discuss the facts objectively. Eg, you all realise the hats in staged ambrotype date from 1860s, right?
@evie_@evasfairykiss @harrylooknorth @BBCLookNorth@DaraghCorcoran Au contraire. Charlotte and her sisters would be shaking their heads in disgust that so many people who profess to know them so well can’t even recognise them when seeing them, even with evidence to prove so.
@evasfairykiss @harrylooknorth @BBCLookNorth@DaraghCorcoran If you don’t have the intelligence to know that the shape would change at a simple movement whilst being worn (invert, protrude), not to mention exposure time, please move on. Same shape, signs of names and same portraits on links. Some coincidence!
@evie_@evasfairykiss @harrylooknorth @BBCLookNorth@DaraghCorcoran Over the years I, and others, have had many idiotic comments from him on here and other platforms. He’s one of a number of who have their own agendas and like to troll. The man is a clown. But don’t take my word for it, see for yourself.
@evie_ The evidence is there to be seen. Anyone who thinks they know the Brontes shouldn’t need me to point these things out. I think yours, and others, problem is that it’s coming from me and not ‘experts’ who should know this after nearly 200 years.
Portraits of Charlotte Bronte, born on this day 1816. It may be a surprise to those who believe we only have a couple of images of Charlotte so I hope you enjoy. #CharlotteBronte#OTD
@takkingontime It was acquired from a prominent Northern Irish family estate located 26 miles from Rev Bronte’s family home in Rathfriland, Northern Ireland. My thoughts are that it was taken local to Haworth to assist J.B Leyland sculpt his Branwell medallion.
Another amazing discovery: the only know photograph of Branwell Bronte. As in other portraits and sculptures it is exactly as we would have expected, in his preferred side-on profile style. #BranwellBronte#Bronte
@we_are_strike@PremPropLawyers What is staggering is how one, @sammitchtweets, would enter a partnership with @PremPropLawyers without ensuring they have back-up, contingency of some kind, which clearly they didn’t/don’t, should their systems be compromised? Like I said, lesson learnt for us all it seems.
@PremPropLawyers Think a big lesson learnt here. Advise all family, friends and colleagues to turn down any recommendations of conveyancer from @we_are_strike and @purplebricks and the like, especially this shower - not worth the risk. Obviously not much homework done on who they are recommending
@PremPropLawyers Again, piss poor coms. Who is the clown who thinks this update will suffice for clients already up to their eyes with stress and anxiety. The complete and utter contempt you are showing clients is disgraceful & insulting. 1 week and no strategy, the incompetence is staggering.
@dominicminns @Tweet_TheGrinch @PremPropLawyers What more could they need? Exchange should be last thing after everything is complete. If we are ready to exchange and the hard copies are there, exchange them, why the need to log into a file to acknowledge hard copies have been exchanged.
