Order not received in 27th May due to the restaurant being closed for Eid. They have contacted Just Eat to get this sorted and proof has been provided yet you are refusing to refund.

@JustEatUK A goodwill gesture is not refunding money for orders not received. It is a legal requirement. Taking money and not providing the order is obtaining money by deception.

My daughter is at the airport with assistance organised and they are telling her she has to go to the aircraft herself!!
Yet again disabled assistance is not forthcoming! She should be pre boarded !
