@butterpecanbang@lacedbyspace@mlucey13@anthonyVslater By keeping JK, they might actually win more games if they played him because he’s shown he has undeniable talent. If they play their run of the mill speciality guys, they are more likely to lose.
@lacedbyspace@butterpecanbang@mlucey13@anthonyVslater I doubt they’re going for Wiggs. He’s on the older side now and doesn’t do much to increase the number of wins significantly. They need to tank this season and get a solid lottery pick.
@ShamsCharania@anthonyVslater Warriors should stop pursuit of Giannis. Their picks are far too valuable and 1 person, no matter how talented, isn’t going to get them over the top to beat okc, etc. Plus, when Curry retires, it’ll just be an aging Giannis. Young stars are hard to sign anyway, and they’ll pass.
@ShamsCharania@anthonyVslater How about this trade:
Lakers: Draymond Green
Warriors: Vanderbilt, Vincent, Thiero, + 1 1st round pick
Draymond anchors the Lakers defense against powerhouses like Okc, etc.
@ShamsCharania@anthonyVslater What about this trade:
Celtics: Draymond Green, Jackson-Davis
Warriors: Simons + 1 future 1st round pick
Green could anchor the Celts defense and provide pg abilities on offense for the next 2 years to make a serious run in the weak eastern conference
@R62995Kirk@anthonyVslater Yeah, okay, but Giannis has had these calf injuries consistently over the past 3 years. This latest one is going to keep him out the longest. It seems consistent every year that he’s going to miss time due to calf injuries. He missed the playoffs
@anthonyVslater Giannis is too injury-prone to trade 4 1st round picks for. Recurring calf injuries have affected his playing availability far too often recently. He’s like a Ferrari that keeps having engine trouble where you wonder how long he has. Maybe 2 1st round picks and no pick swaps.
@anthonyVslater The argument that Giannis is too injury-prone to trade for is currently supported by a pattern of severe, recurring calf injuries that have affected his availability during critical stretches. He’s like a Ferrari that keeps having engine trouble where you wonder how long he has.
