@Kobe_boujee Ghana didn't call our food after any Wollof tribe..Jell of rice became Jollof..Where are the wolof descendants n their culture in Ghana? Lies..Today we still say Cambuu instead of Saying Camp boots. Ghana and Nigeria Jollof has nothing to do with Senegal.the name n food is ours!
@kobe_boujee88 Ghana didn't call our food after any Wollof tribe..Jell of rice became Jollof..Where are the wolof descendants n their culture in Ghana? Lies..Today we still say Cambuu instead of Saying Camp boots. Ghana and Nigeria Jollof has nothing to do with Senegal.the name n food is ours!
@kobe_boujee88 Soo per ur logic then where are the Jollof tribe people and their descendants who came to Ghana? Cos by now we should know their descendants in Ghana and their culture here but there is non.All lies man.Jell of rice became Jollof n it's native to Ghana n Nigeria n dats our style
@kobe_boujee88 These are lies and fabricated stories.. Ghana didn't call our Jollof after any Jollof people...Jell of rice because Jollof..Our food is different from Senegal . even Senegal themselves never called it Jollof.. Ivory Coast n Liberia don't call their own Jollof..
@kobe_boujee88 Most of our names are corrupted version even Cambuu that we refer as shoe is supposed to be Camp boots n Osay Yeeey is supposed to be all say Yes or Yeah..Soo I believe her...We didn't name our food after any Wollof people.Only Ghana and Nigeria has Jollof .
@kobe_boujee88 we are all in Ghana when we used to hear town council as Tankas n we thought it was right. Please she is telling the truth . Even the Senegalese people never called it Jollof rice until recently..Jell of rice became Jollof. Ghana didn't name our food after any Jollof people..
@Kobe_boujee@Mahn_cyrille I don't need to...it's just ur assertion n doesn't correlate... like I said I believe this jel of rice rather .it makes more sense
@Kobe_boujee N we all have our foods n how we prepare our own...We called our own Jollof rice cos we couldn't pronounce Jell of rice n Soo did Nigeria.. Liberia n Ivory Coast have their own.. doesn't mean any one learnt it from Senegal..that is a fabricated story!!
@Kobe_boujee Most Ghanaians didn't even know there was any tribe in Ghana called Jollof until recently.Nigerians still call it Jellof rice Soo I believe her story. It makes more scent. Nigeria and Ghana actually came up with this name n not Senegal..Names can mean different things in places.
@Kobe_boujee N besides we all have our ways of preparing our own.. Ghana and Nigeria always called their own Jollof rice due to the mis pronouncing the Jell of rice cos we were colonized by the British buh Senegal was colonize by the French I will credit the name n food to both Ghana n Naija
