Appropriate comment. My dissent is Venezuela is a terribly ran country, and not one I would personally visit though it is a beautiful place that is rampant with uncontrolled crime. The people there deserve better. Obviously, it is a strategic target for China as well. China has taken a lot of interest in the small Caribbean neighbors of Venezuela, as evidenced through the China aid program. Easy to see this is strategic on a lot of topics.

I have seen where a humongous rock was found too big to be removed, and water lines and septic/sewer could not be installed. There is a reason that lot was unsold/unimproved.
