1/ The question is not whether the future will become decentralized by default.

The question is whether we will become the kind of people capable of stewarding power when it moves closer to us.

8/ Decentralization by itself is not enough.

The deeper question is whether people can steward power well when new tools move capability closer to them.

That is where technology becomes a moral question, not only a technical one.

Fear can identify danger, but it cannot tell us what responsibility requires.

That feels especially true right now.

Technology is moving quickly.
Institutions feel distant.
Public life feels unstable.

But fear cannot build stronger families, restore trust, or help communities solve problems close to home.

At some point, the question has to move from:

“What are we afraid of?”

to:

“What are we responsible for?”
