After taking a break from blogging, I am getting back to it. One of my 2021 goals is to share more of our adventures, be it big or little, work or fun, there's always an adventure to be had.
I recently came across a photo from a year ago that I realized how much physical changes I had achieved.
The key is to not focus on immediate results or the scale. Set many smaller goals and let you’re small wins lead the way.
