Early early observations:
- Warren wasn't strong enough in her typical strongholds (Dist. 27, usually one of her top areas had its lowest turnout since 2013)
- Evans pulled in decent numbers everywhere, losses to Warren were only by a few % points. Big turnout in Dist. 23 helped
