genuine question - big holder and been holding long since July last year. one of the few memes I didn't trade and just stacked. in retrospect that was dumb af - it's been ugly and it's more than just the market as a whole. that said, how do you guys plan on regaining trust, attention and excitement? do you plan on addressing the many issues and rumors with more transparency
Excited to announce that sats will be joining the team as the new head of product for @bonkfun.
It’s clear we need to change, but in order to execute change we need a team of killers behind us.
This is the start of that process.
Sats will be working with us hand in hand on the rebuilding of bonk fun from scratch. 🫡
hey man I'll bite - I think what we (most of us) are asking for is:
1) Consistency - if you say you'll support, then actually follow through. Tweet when attention is on, use fees proactively, show you value @jup_studio instead of treating it like a side project you check in on whenever.
and
2) A head of product who gets the trenches AND actually cares about making Studio a success. Bonk messed up badly and sentiment was awful. They listened, took feedback seriously and to heart, and acted quickly - look at their eco today one day later: https://t.co/oxE922gS8b
You guys have done a lot right and helped behind the scenes, but you've communicated basically nothing publicly. And when you have the messaging has either been off, not transparent enough, or inconsistent.
Here's the biggest disconnect: you seem to think we expect you to crime charts and make communities fully dependent on Jupiter. That's completely missing the point. We just need you to show you actually give a shit about Studio and the OG communities. It's really not rocket science - communicate that you care, hire the right people to right the ship, be transparent about Studio improvements. Financial backing for your communities' charts behind the scenes? Of course that's always welcome, but just do it quietly. No need to announce anything on that front.
We're basically at rock bottom for Studio attention and sentiment right now. Do this right and the complaints stop. But the market and your biggest supporters (myself included) are telling you you're wrong. And this is about way more than just $uranus price.
@Packermomo17 The worst part about all of these is that those superstars were the consensus picks by the FANS at positions of need, which just makes it even more sad
Watching Packers-Bears should feel huge. The broadcast did not make it feel that way. Al Michaels is a legend but he’s been awful for several years now - no energy at all, many mistakes throughout. Kirk Herbstreit is not good. They miss so many obvious things and do not elevate anything. Listening to Mike Tirico/Collinsworth and Joe Buck/Troy Aikman, the difference is remarkable. The overall sound of the broadcast is also awful, just everything about this broadcast is small.
