It feels like MakeMyTrip has no intention of returning customers’ money. Hopefully, the @PMOIndia @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK will take some action against such practices. @makemytripcare

Companies are using crores of rupees of Indian citizens interest-free in this manner.

When I couldn’t pay, I was forced to throw my belongings in the dustbin.
Very humiliating experience.
