1. Suspended National Commissioner, #FannieMasemola & #CatMatlala Court appeared in court yesterday including other police officials in connection with the #Medicare24 contract. The matter has been postponed to 26 June 2026 and Matlala will remain at Kgosi Mampuru Prison as he is considering plea-bargain with the State.

2. Member of Parliament, #FadielAdams appeared before the Pinetown Magistrate’s court for a formal bail application. He is charged with fraud and defeating the ends of justice. The State is opposing his release. Various videos of him insulting the State and SAPS officials were played in court yesterday. He remains in custody and will appear on Friday.

3. Taxi Boss, #JoeSibanyoni and 2 accused appeared in the Kwaggafontein Magistrate’s court on extortion & other related offences. Matter postponed to Friday for a formal bail application & they remain behind bars.

4. Suspended Ekurhuleni Deputy Chief of EMPD, #JuliusMkhwanazi & City Manager, #KagisoLerutla appeared in court yesterday where their matter was moved to the Regional Court. They are back in Court in June 2026 with Lerutla returning to work next Monday.

5. National Assembly Speaker, Thoko Didiza has announced a 31 member Impeachment Committee to consider #PhalaPhala report against President Cyril Ramaphosa. The Committee members include various representatives from the political parties.

6. Dr #NandiphaMagudumana is challenging her extradition from Tanzania where she and her lover, #ThaboBester were arrested and returned to Mzansi. The matter will be heard in the Constitutional Court from 10:00 today.

7. #WitnessD alleged killer, #MatipandileSotheni will appear in court today for a formal bail application. #MadlangaCommission
