it’s a complicated topic because I don’t think the majority of people who want others to talk about it, have the nuance and empathy needed for it
Transparency in the courtroom is important but it seems sometimes journalists forget defendants have the right to a fair trial, so to protect them some documents or hearings will be closed and that's ok
@minxychi it's interesting because there is a law that prohibits inmates from making money from the crime/situation but other people can exploit their story and is crickets

An evidentiary hearing is now set for June 12, where the court will consider potential contempt issues. Each side will have 90 minutes to present evidence and argument.
