Internet outage is not their fault so of course we were willing to wait/since we already ordered our food! So it was frustrating that after 40minutes of sitting there we all we had was drinks

So she resubmitted the order and expected us to wait an additional 25-30 minutes with a hangry toddler. Absolutely not! 1 and 30minutes is unacceptable. I’m sorry but no @IHOP 🙄🙄

I tired to give @iHop a chance and they blew it. We ordered our food. Apparently there is a huge internet outage going on in the area. After 40 minutes they tell us we can only pay cash, my husband went to go grab cash from the ATM came back.. still no food

So we ask the server what’s going on it’s been an hour she said oh I cancelled your order because you didn’t have cash, we never told her we didn’t have cash, wasn’t capable of paying or wanted our order cancelled we waited an hour + still no food!
