My ENTIRE life I felt like something was wrong w/ me. That everyone else had life figured out and somehow it was my fault that I couldn't get my 💩 together. Nope, just #ADHD.

Giving my kids the gift of *not* experiencing that is so beyond worth ALL the exhaustion.

It's really exhausting to find out you have #ADHD at 39, only to then quickly realize that you see #Neurodivergent traits in your kids and now you have to figure out how to help them AND yourself.

However, I'm SO grateful for my diagnosis. The chaotic inner world I've always known finally makes sense and it's greatly reduced all my chronic failure feels.

I'm also so happy to be able to help my kids feel understood and get them the help and tools they need.
