@hopper sent an email of changes to flights but kept the original schedule on the app. They won’t take responsibility when an email isn’t seen until day of flight. I took for granted the schedule on the app that said “flight updated/changed” was correct. #Beware #nightmare

@hopper is as underhanded as some of the airlines pricing. And when it comes to customer service vs. profits they’re no better. I’m starting to think that paying discounted prices with them is more trouble than it’s worth if they’re not held to a certain standard. #beware

Big day. Conference, internationally. Perfect! Until @silver_airways, operated by @UnitedAirlines_, changed flight 1 & half hours w/o informing 8 ppl. For several, no info update came from @hopper. They dropped the ball but want no responsibility.
