o1 is a different kind of model. great performance requires using it in a new way relative to standard chat models.

@Iberia A complaint was filed with @AesaSpain so you should be getting the details soon enough. Thank you for replying more than 24 hours late, we already resolved the issue since you forced us to purchase a business class ticket.

Just got off the phone with my wife who’s on her way to Morocco with our newborn. She is apparently #stranded in Madrid because @Iberia @Iberia_en oversold tickets for her flight, so far they have not provided and reasonable solution & airline employees have shown zero empathy

[Mo @realMoSaleh]

@ParadaBrunetA @Iberia @Iberia_en Things can always go wrong, but there is no excuse for their behavior and treatment of customers. It’s plainly rude and negligent. Sorry for what happened with you, Use this link to file a complaint with the Spanish authorities

Update: we finally found the aviation regulator in Spain @AesaSpain. @Iberia is now suddenly blaming @LATAM_BRA for the huge mistake they did - LOL

[Mo @realMoSaleh]

Basically my wife and 1-month old are being held hostage by @Iberia @Iberia_en in Madrid, without any realistic solution on if or how they will get home. #stranded

[Mo @realMoSaleh]

I’ve been on hold with @Iberia “customer care center” for more than a half hour now. The first call suddenly ‘cut off’ after I reached the agent and explained the situation. What is going on!

[Mo @realMoSaleh]

Update 2: we cannot get her a ticket on another airline because she cannot leave the @Iberia terminal because she doesn’t have the needed visa (which wasn’t needed if they didn’t mess up and oversell)

[Mo @realMoSaleh]

@chuck_hake @Iberia_en Seems this is a habit.

[Mo @realMoSaleh]

@Iberia_en 95 years of commitment to crap. You have left my family #strandedinmadrid

[Mo @realMoSaleh]

Soon to be 3!

Eid Mubarak from our family to yours ♥️ https://t.co/lzXC82UDHH
