Which was, if LLM's are writing, connecting back-end then deploying apps, we only need the correct prompts for an app.

A device based, local agent can generate apps we use. Fine tuned for every device.

So how does a new graduate or a jr dev gain the experience needed to become a senior dev?

You can try 10x harder, solve more problems, review every code.

Not a lot of jr developers are gonna become the senior devs that made the AI development of today.

Which was, a jr dev gains most important lessons by hand coding and solving problems.

But now with AI, hand coding is itself a waste of time. Why write code, when you have a code genarator few clicks away.
