For example the scoop marks and these are everywhere in the quarries and also on stones used in buildings. There is no logical way for us to explain those and also the nubs on the stones.

@FoMaHun @DrHughT The caveats? That this half excavated stone matches the megalithic era. They did excavate the stone. There are other quarries also with the same scoop marks.
I do agree that they had a way to soften the stone though.
