Please may I tell you a story about #plasticsurgery history? I am ridiculously excited about something I found today.
So, I ordered a cheap-ish copy of this classic text by Harold Gillies, the 'Grandfather' of plastic surgery.
@yumcoconut@parcelforce Thank you.
As soon as I posted this, I was messaged by a bunch of other scam accounts. One even called me, pretending to offer me a ‘refund’.
Amazing how many parasites are out there.
Dear @parcelforce please can you get my parcel to me ASAP? O ky coming from Germany - taking almost a month from me ordering the item.
It’s been stuck in ‘the wrong depot’ for the last 10 days.
All that needs to happen is the postcode being corrected.
HELP! Thanks

@GongGasGirl I’ve never anaesthetist in either (I’m a surgeon…), but having experienced both versions, a lot now, I’d say NOT having anaesthetic rooms is way more efficient, and possibly even safer.
