🚨7 simple steps to grow from an amateur to a calm professional trader🚨
These rules/steps that I took, have really helped me grow as a trader.
1) Decide that you are in the market for the long haul...ie you want to be a trader for 10 - 20 years from now.
IF YOU DO THIS 3 THINGS, YOU WILL HAVE AN EXTREMELY HIGH WIN RATE
1. NEVER COUNTER TRADE, ALWAYS TRADE IN LINE WITH THE STRUCTURE
2. YOU DON’T NEED MORE TRADES — YOU NEED BETTER TRADES
Frequency doesn’t equal success. Precision does.
Fewer high-quality setups outperform hundreds of random entries.
3. Build boredom into your trading model.
If trading feels exciting, you’re doing too much.
Make it boring.
Predictable.
Repetitive.
IF YOU DO THIS 3 THINGS, YOU WILL HAVE AN EXTREMELY HIGH WIN RATE!!!
Less is more!! 🦅🤍
Executing what doesn’t work with discipline and consistency won’t magically give you the result of what works.
Honest review will safe you from wasting more time forcing what doesn’t work. Have that honest review today 🫵
trading has a funny way of exposing who you are.
if you’re impatient, it’ll show.
if you’re greedy, it’ll show.
if you’re scared, it’ll show.
you can’t fake it here.
too bad it can’t also expose the ones posting fake pnl’s
With rare exception, ideas really are trivial compared to execution.
For example, the idea of going to the Moon is simple, but ACTUALLY going to the Moon is staggeringly difficult.
6) You can observe the market from the perspective as if you were not in a position, even when you are.
7) You aren’t focused on money but on the structure of the market.
What does objectivity feel like;
1) You feel no pressure to do anything.
2) You have no feeling of fear
3) You feel no sense of rejection
4) There is no right or wrong
5) You recognize that this is what the market is telling you and that is what you’ll do.
It's been 3 years since I stumbled on this decision-making frame from Jeff Bezos.
It has given be operational balance to how I lead my life - personal and corporate.
I genuinely think you'll find this useful.
