one advice not sure if you did this. never build a product in a vacuum. find one person who has that problem then build your solution just for that one client . can't be your mom 😂. then find their business contacts, most know others in the industry or niche who has the same problem. that is how you go from one customer to your first 15 paying users. then document every problem you are solving , share that publicly.
