@AirbnbHelp stopped replying and is deferring to the host. I still need a place to stay and would be open to book a new Airbnb but there is no way of doing this w/o refund. This would not be an issue in a @MarriottIntl property where guest experience is paramount

I’ve been a strong supporter of @Airbnb but will have give preference to hotels on my next stay. A 3 person accommodation needs to be more than just a queen bed with a worn out couch. Contacted @AirbnbHelp w/o resolution. With hotels I would have more protection and options

Ex. Hosts likely need a clearer definition of what is suitable for a 2 v 3 people accommodation to drive better experiences. It should be reasonable that a 3 person stay can have suitable sleeping for 3. This could have been avoided. It also not a great experience for the host.
