They would have held back what ever was necessary to see it pass, knowing the Conservatives would blame Republicans. This is career politicians at work.

@Anil4Freedom The vote to proceed was 211 - 207. Congressman Coffman voted yea to proceed. “I voted for it before I voted against it” (as John Kerry) said. Yes, the process is rigged. 3 Republicans, 9 Dems not voting. The Dems held these votes back
